Avalon Event Rentals provides contract tenting services for a number of high profile Okanagan companies and organizations - we take care of your corporate-owned tents for you.

In most cases, Avalon is contracted to deliver, set up, store, and maintain the individual company's owned tenting. These tents are quite often used to promote a company's brand and as such we are also contracted to deliver corporate tents to charity, sporting, or business promotional events.
