Avalon Event Rentals provides contract tenting services for several high-profile Okanagan companies and organizations - we take care of your corporate-owned tents for you.
In most cases, Avalon is contracted to deliver, set up, store, and maintain the company’s owned tenting. These tents are quite often used to promote a company’s brand and as such we are also contracted to deliver corporate tents to charity, sporting, or business promotional events.

Tent Cleaning Services
Avalon Event Rentals is proud to have the Okanagan Valley’s only commercial tent washing machine. After years of hand cleaning our tents with the traditional "Wax On, Wax Off" approach we’ve taken the leap to invest in the maintenance of our largest product, that being tenting. Cleaning tents can be one of the more tedious tasks we as a rental company have to continually deal with. Employees dislike it, space is limited during the busy rental season, and it’s tough to get it 100% clean when dealing with tops that are up to 2000 square feet.
So let us wash and repair your tenting by using Avalon’s commercial tent washing machine to get your tent sparkling white again.
- 100% of the fabric including all the webbing, ropes, and "keder" tracking gets properly cleaned
- Help restore the top to its original color with a deep clean cycle
- Turn a "C" grade top back into a "A" or "B" grade

With cleaning also comes repair. Our tents go up and down, sometimes nearly 40 times a year. We know accidents and damage can happen. This is why we’ve also acquired the proper tools to do tent repair. We’ve been professionally trained from multiple manufacturers in repairing vinyl fabric by heat welding and can often fix most holes and tears within your fabric. We also have commercial grade sewing equipment to repair missing buckles and straps.
Extreme Tenting Services
No challenge is too big for Avalon to consider. We have helicoptered and set up tents on the Top of the Mountains Red Bull. We have put tents over grandstands (IPE); we have helped contractors finish swimming pools in the winter by placing a tent over a pool area. We have placed tents on barges; we have taken tents on boats and set tents up on remote islands, and we have provided tenting for Santa on a ski hill.
