Marquee Tents
Marquee tents are the most popular and versatile tent style for smaller personal events but are also used in larger events and festivals for multiple vendors. They can also make excellent formal entrance walkways into larger tents, connect a tent with a permanent structure, or cover walkways. Marquees are a hybrid of the pole tent and the frame tent. They are designed to give you the showiness of a high-pitched pole tent with the benefits of installation from a frame tent. They are available in white, black, and clear top and come in the following sizes, 10’x10’, 10’x20’, 15’x15’, 20’x20’, 20’x30’, 20’x40’ and 34’x40’. These tents have an 8’ or 9’ sidewall height and a peak height from 12’ to 23’ depending on the size. These tents can be completely walled with solid, window or door walls. Tents can also be joined by using a gutter to make various configurations or runs.
Sailcloth Tents
With elegant lines, a magical glow and a poetic look, our sailcloth tents provide the ultimate romantic setting for your special day. The sculpted peaks and eaves, with a hint of nautical flare, combine to create an open-air space like nothing you have seen before. The translucence of the sailcloth fabric richly enhances daytime events with natural, warm light and dramatically glows when lit for evening gatherings. These have waterproof sailcloth material and natural wood look poles. We have this tent in 32’ wide which can extend up to 70’ long and a 44’ wide which can extend to 103’ long.
Clearspan/Frame Tents
Clearspan/Frame tents are one of the most versatile structures on the market, able to be easily weighted and installed on grass, asphalt, rock, and concrete surfaces. These structures are available in 30’ and 40’ width with optional clear and white tops, and hip-end or gable-end configurations. We can extend these tents to over 200’ in length. The Clearspan design offers a free, unobstructed room view from inside the tent with no center poles or support columns inside the tent. These engineered tents are versatile, safe and allow you to maximize space for your event. Usability, stability, and durability make Clearspan Structures the best option for long-term rentals. These tents can be completely walled with solid, window or door walls.
Cleartop Tents
Cleartop tents are a versatile and elegant option for outdoor events, offering unobstructed views of the sky while providing shelter from the elements. Their transparent roofs allow natural light to flood the space during the day and create a stunning ambiance at night, especially when paired with string lights or chandeliers. Perfect for weddings, parties, and corporate events, cleartop tents blend seamlessly with the surrounding environment, making them ideal for scenic locations. They are available in various sizes and styles, ensuring a customizable solution to suit any occasion. Durable and weather-resistant, these tents provide both practicality and aesthetic appeal.
Pole Tents
This classic tent style features support poles forming sweeping peaks. The pole tent is defined by the pole holding up the vinyl top in the interior of the tent. The tension on the top comes from guy ropes or ratchets that are staked into the ground. This tent must be anchored into the ground for proper installation. This tent is generally used for larger events or weddings and Avalon has this tent in a 40’ & 60’ wide format. This tent can be as large as 60’x180’ or 10,800 sq. ft. This tent style can be completely walled with solid, window or door walls.
Pop Up Tents
Pop-up tents are an affordable, customer-friendly option. These tents can be picked up at our store and are easy to set up yourself. They can be used on grass or pavement. The tents come with rubber weights which are easy to carry. Solid walls are available. These tents are great for small gatherings or for use at farm markets or outdoor trade shows. The pop-ups are available in 3 sizes - 10’x10’, 10’x15’ and 10’x20’.
