Non-Profit Events

Avalon Event Rentals is committed to giving back to our community here in Kelowna, BC and the Okanagan Valley. Our current community involvement focus is in support of diabetes research. We are proud that our support funds go towards research for a cure as well as to help those living with the disease. A few of our efforts to aid in this worthy cause involve cash donations and sponsorship of the JDRF National Walk to Cure Diabetes, Kelowna Walk to Cure Diabetes and the Starlight Gala helping JDRF.

Over the past years we have proudly supported numerous charities, including the following, at a local level through cash or in-kind and sponsorship: Canadian Cancer Society, United Way, BC Children’s Hospital, Kelowna General Hospital Foundation, Metro Community Hub.

In addition to the support of the above-mentioned charities, Avalon also provides a special rate for registered charities and non-profit societies. Avalon is a family-based company who for over 30 years have grown with the Okanagan Valley. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a caring community and we hope we can give back in some small way.
